Jula Jane Wins Atlanta Business Chronicles 40 Under 40 Award

Jane Recognized For Corporate Leadership As President And CEO of Coggins International and Charitable Work With Operation G.I. Jane

Atlanta, GA/November 14, 2011 – Jula Jane, President and CEO of Coggins International, an energy consulting, systems integration and technology services company and Founder and President of Operation G.I. Jane, a non-profit dedicated to supporting deployed, single moms in the U.S. military, won the prestigious Atlanta Business Chronicle's 40 Under 40 Award that recognizes the top 40 business leaders in Atlanta under age 40. Jane was recognized for the corporate vision and leadership that she has brought to Coggins International, as well the superior and farsighted vision and charitable work that she has done with Operation G.I. Jane. She was selected over several hundred other nominees for the award.

To qualify for the 40 Under 40 Award, the individual must be under 40 years of age on November 11, 2011, hold a position of leadership, have made significant career achievements during 2011 and have had a substantial involvement in community service outside of day-to-day job performance. The 40 Under 40 Awards are presented by Atlanta Business Chronicle and sponsored by Bold American Events & Catering and Mercer University.

Jula Jane is responsible for the overall management and executive leadership of Coggins International, business development and day-to-day operating activities. She is the majority shareholder of this woman- owned business.

Serving as a CEO for over 17 years, Ms. Jane has proven strength in creating and maintaining corporate culture, building senior management teams, directing operations, developing and implementing marketing plans and business strategy, obtaining financing, overseeing human resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and governmental laws and licensing.

Ms. Jane has also developed significant experience in a broad range of national and international consulting services—including business management, major contract negotiations, project management, market studies and client relations. She founded JULA Consulting, an international consulting firm, in 1999 and became one of the first woman-owned consulting firms affiliated with Damac Properties, Dubai's largest privately held master developer. Her expertise in foreign cultures and the oil & gas industry has proven invaluable to Coggins International.

An active participant in professional and charitable organizations, Ms. Jane has been recognized for her entrepreneurial spirit and generosity. This includes being a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), the National Petroleum Management Association (NPMA) and The Junior League of Atlanta, as well as chairing fundraisers for Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (G-CAPP) and volunteering with the Red Cross. She is the Founder and President of Operation GI Jane, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting single moms in the military.
