Mark Stout Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)

Washington, DC - October 2, 2017 – Coggins International today announces its Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer, Mark Stout, has earned the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification—the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers.

Stout has an exceptional history of professional accomplishments with Coggins dating back to 2005. His most notable project is Coggins’ FuelsTraining^™ Learning Management System (LMS), which has over 6,000 registered users from around the world. Prior to joining Coggins, he had a distinguished five-year career in the military service as a U.S. Air Force Fuels Specialist, gaining in-depth Fuel Management Systems (FMS) expertise from a user’s point of view. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Human Resources from Park University in Missouri.
